Southlake homes often feature a fine piano as part of a formal living or music room, including full grand pianos that reward a careful, patient tuning. Clare's has tuned and restored pianos for three generations, so a quality grand gets the unhurried, precise attention it deserves. The price is the same flat rate whether the piano is a spinet or a nine-foot grand.
Large Southlake homes with open floor plans and big windows can hold uneven temperature and humidity from room to room, and that affects how a piano holds its tuning. A yearly visit keeps the instrument at pitch and lets the technician catch small issues before they grow.
Want your piano to look its best too? Add an interior and exterior clean and polish as an upgrade.
